The tutor for this workshop is Vikki Stubbs, an Environmental Health Professional with experience of delivering key hygiene skills to essential food handlers.

At the end of this workshop a short quiz will be completed by all attendees to check they have learnt the essential hygiene habits to provide the certificate required to get a foot in a food premises.

Vikki has a natural ability to make the driest of subjects come alive and you will leave the workshop with simple and practical ideas of how to improve even your own kitchen. You will be surprised - this course is definitely an eye opener!

New food laws came into force on the 1st January 2006 and will affect all food businesses in England.
