Every manager needs a set of core skills and insights into the essential
components of the job of managing people. This two-day course explores
managing and leadership, teambuilding and delegation, and where motivation
fits into the equation. It is designed for newly promoted managers or
managers who have had no formal training in management skills, and covers
the essential issues that every people manager needs to understand.
