Bruce Denney at The Learning Ladder

Bruce is a Partner of Making I.T. Happen. He works as an Information Technology Consultant bringing the benefits of I.T. to SME’s. His focus is on providing holistic solutions that work, this generally means ensuring that the human part of the systems is as good as every other part of the system.

Bruce has worked with many clients covering Accounting , MRP - Manufacturing, CRM - Sales & Marketing, Internet, CTI - Computer Telephony Integration, and Telephony systems.

Bruce has a strong I.T. background, reaching the role of system administrator on a PR1ME mainframe computer at only 18. He went on to be involved in 4GL rapid application development on PR1ME computers. He later was involved in development of telephony embedded remote data capture terminals during the early eighties. Here he developed portable remote data capture using PSION OPL and the accounting interface to Sage accounts. In the early nineties he was helping a local accounting firm develop extended Management reporting using Sage and Microsoft Excel and developing applications in MS Access.

Whilst technically knowledgeable, Bruce is also able to communicate without letting the technical languages of I.T. or Accounting become a barrier. His bold style and dynamic presentations make for an effective and memorable learning experience.
