John is a Director of The Learning Ladder and specialises in facilitating Away Days for organisations, mentoring and delivering
customer service, management and personal development training.John started his working life as a service engineer in the IT industry. He is very driven and highly self motivated which resulted in progressing to become a corporate director. John now uses this infectious energy and empowers other individuals to achieve their full potential. He has spent more than 25 years in the service industry and focusses on exceeding customer expectations whilst maintaining a healthy profit for the organisation. His training and facilitation style enables him to push delegates' boundaries so that they think more creatively and are more committed to delivering outcomes. His excellent business skills and commercial experience enable him to work at any level within an organisation. He is described as being able to "make things happen". He has been formally trained at the Institute of Directors and is an extremely experienced facilitator. |
