Karyn Buck is the Managing Director of The Learning Ladder Ltd., which provides training solutions for individuals, teams and organisations. Karyn is also a Senior Mentor & progression specialist with Aimhigher MKOB, and was a National Award winner in 2007. She is also heavily involved in academic research, specialising in employer engagement.

During her career, Karyn has amassed a wealth of experience across a range of industry sectors in both technical and service environments. Her expertise includes effective sales techniques, staff development and management strategies. She has more than twenty years sales experience and more than 10 years training experience.
