Kevin Fox at The Learning Ladder

Kevin Fox works as a Performance Consultant bringing individual and team learning closer to the performance change required by their organisations. He focuses on bespoke “brain compatible” design of interventions, delivered in a facilitative style. His areas of specialisation include:
Team Development, Strategic Planning, Coaching, Facilitation, Customer service initiatives.

Kevin has worked with many multi-national clients as well as in the public sector. These have included organisations in the following industries:

Service
Manufacturing
Government
Education

Within these industries, he has worked at all levels and across a variety of business functions such as sales, marketing, human resources, customer service and finance.

Within the private sector Kevin has provided consultancy on a range of performance initiatives as well as coaching sessions for Directors and Senior Management. He has also designed and run conferences and seminars with a focus on transferring the learning back to the workplace. In the public sector, he has focused on education, partnering businesses and schools together to form a synergised business. He has recently helped a Harrow school create their three-year strategic plan working with their teachers and school governors, the first such plan in the U.K.

Over the past seventeen years Kevin has worked with teams from most European countries where performance change has been needed within a variety of different cultures.

Kevin has accreditations and is licensed for the Grove Strategic Planning Tools, and the HBDI Psychometric profiling tool, which includes a one-day expanded debrief. He is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
