Martin graduated from Liverpool University in 1975 with an Honours Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
His career has included Plessey Telecoms, Mars Electronics, Neville-Clarke/PERA Consulting, SITA EQUANT, Aduronet,
RiverSoft and WorldCom (Now Verizon). During his career, he has worked in Electronics Manufacturing, Quality Consultancy,
IT & Software, Networking and Internet Service Providers, as well as providing Consultancy and Training to a wide range
of small, medium and large organizations across a range of business sectors.Martin is also an Accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. Martin's skills include Business Strategy, Process Modelling, Process Redesign, Performance Improvement, Organizational Change Management, the Balanced Scorecard, Business Continuity and Quality Methods, together with expertise in the application of the EFQM Business Excellence Model and Self-Assessment Methodology, the ISO 9001 Quality management standard, the Software TickIT scheme and the SEI Capability Maturity Model (CMM). Martin is also an ISO 9001 Lead Assessor and TickIT Lead Assessor. Martin provides training in areas such as Consultation Skills, Project Management, Problem Solving, Process Modeling, Quality Methods, ISO 9000 and Software Quality, as well as providing Leadership Development coaching. |
