Mike Foster at The Learning Ladder

Mike Foster is a Director of the A1 Group, which he established in 1999 following a training and business skills based career in business banking and senior management positions in the leisure industry, whilst undertaking leadership roles in the charitable sector.

He has a wide range of experience and was trained at the Warwick University school of business, he holds his financial qualification with the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has a diploma in Sales and Marketing.

For the past few years his company has worked closely with Business Link to support Business Start-ups in the Milton Keynes, Bucks and Oxfordshire area.

As a qualified instructor to deliver and assess first aid courses, he is fully registered with the HSE requirements and associated with Nuco Training in Cornwall.

Mike's interests are his voluntary work, where he has held the post of National Chairman for the voluntary organisation - Rotaract, covering Great Britain and Ireland. Other interests include football and rugby.
