Karyn is the Managing Director,
and a nationally recognised mentor. She is a trainer, motivational speaker and also specialises in
training needs analysis and academic research. |

Sven combines office management with studying for a Business Management
Foundation Degree at Bucks New University. An experienced mentor, Sven plays a vital role in a
number of projects for Aimhigher MKOB. |

Bill Buck
Bill is the Company Secretary & IT specialist, and has worked for many
years in the communications sector. More recently he
has specialised in website design, build and maintenance, and some IT
training. |

Iain Nicholson
Iain is our Head of Communications, and is a former BBC Radio
journalist, presenter and editor. He is a PR & Communications specialist
and media trainer. |

Rafael Martinez Garcia
