Managing People
2 day course
Every one of us has the potential to manage people successfully. This
course is designed to highlight and practise the skills which will bring
out the best in every Manager. Delegates will work hard, have fun and leave
the programme with renewed confidence and enthusiasm.
Course Objectives

identify the crucial importance of leadership in the process
- Simple methods and procedures are followed for strategic planning,
setting realistic goals and objectives and clarifying what is expected from
the team

a specific task with confidence
- Participants make use of positive feed-back to communicate clear and
motivational assessment of performance. They are able to confront
under-performance, and criticise in a constructive way
