Egbert Helps Take The Stress Out of Business and Training Advice Local companies are being offered £800 of free consultancy to help
tackle skills and training issues in their business.Two leading consultancies, Thames Valley Business Advisors (TVBA) and The Learning Ladder are joining forces to offer a pioneering free double advice package, to help overcome a major obstacle to skills development in the region. TVBA are offering a voucher worth up to £500 of free business advice and support for any organisation that invests in their staff's development through The Learning Ladder. The Learning Ladder are backing this up with £300 of free training needs analysis for businesses that start working with TVBA in 2008. TVBA’s Paul Green says: “Skills, training and staff development are very often among the issues we identify as action areas for companies when we meet with the business owner.
