'Skills for Team Leaders and Managers' is a practical and interactive course, with plenty of opportunity for delegates to
share experiences, identify their own learning needs and learn from each other. Delegates will take away skills and
techniques that will improve effectiveness and increase their confidence as leaders. It is based on a combination of understanding
and managing ourselves better in order to become more effective managers of other people.

This course provides the underpinning knowledge for a level 2 NVQ (National Vocational Qualification). We can help you access
providers and go on to achieve this qualification in only 6 months. This qualification may be free of charge, please contact us
