We will deliver your ordered items to a UK address,
as specified for each item. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver
items outside the UK.
Return/Cancellation policy
For items priced at under £5, we do not offer a return or
cancellation policy.
For all other items we operate a guarantee, which means that if for any
reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its
original condition within 7 days from date of delivery. Please inform us
of your return on the date of posting using this email address: . We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods
in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are
faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact our Returns team at who will
arrange for a replacement to be despatched.
